Nasturtium and horseradish contain valuable plant substances that can help to support health. Combining these two medicinal plants has proven to be particularly effective in alleviating complaints such as sinusitis, bronchitis and cystitis.
The mustard oils, similar to essential oils, are highly volatile and develop their effect in the respiratory tract, e.g., through exhalation. The active ingredients can therefore not be enriched by extraction from the plant-based raw materials. For this reason, the pure, powdered plant material is processed into tablets. The tablets are easy to swallow and the recommended number should be taken to absorb sufficient active ingredients each day.
Cystitis
Cystitis is an inflammatory disease of the bladder mainly caused by bacteria. It is a common infection that mainly affects women. Typical symptoms of cystitis are a frequent urge to urinate, pain or burning when urinating, cloudy urine, an unpleasant smell of the urine and sometimes pain in the lower abdomen.
Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis)
Sinusitis is an inflammation of the mucous membranes of the sinuses, usually caused by viruses. It causes swelling of the mucous membranes in the sinuses and can trigger symptoms such as nasal congestion, headaches, a feeling of pressure in the face, fatigue and a reduced sense of smell.
Bronchitis
Bronchitis is an inflammatory disease of the bronchia, the larger airways in the lungs. It can occur in acute or chronic form. Acute bronchitis usually occurs as a result of a viral infection and causes symptoms such as a cough, difficulty breathing and fever. Chronic bronchitis develops over a long period of time; it is accompanied by a persistent cough and is often caused by smoking.
Medical attention is recommended in the event of persistent and chronic symptoms.
