Zeller is the leading Swiss producer of phyto-medicines. With our own R&D and state-of-the art production facilities, we have successfully developed and launched a range of brands that enjoy a wide acceptance, both in Switzerland and worldwide. The strategic objective is to expand our global business. To support this aim, we are looking for an internationally experienced business personality with scientific know how.


Your tasks:

  • Develop, propose, implement and monitor growth strategies together with Zeller licensing partners to guarantee sustainable business growth
  • Manage, support and retain relationships with Zeller partners
  • Develop and implement medical marketing documentation for selected therapeutic indications (Women’s Health, CNS, Allergy)
  • Perform analysis of the selected markets and gain relevant insights to support partners’ growth
  • Monitoring of sales reports, forecasts as well as continuous analysis of the market figures
  • Development of product trainings, best practice presentations and marketing concepts
  • Stay abreast of the industry and key market developments and provide regular updates to the management regarding key market trends and recommended action

 

Your profile:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably a life science degree with strong marketing exposure
  • Strong commercial skills and 3-5 years experience in marketing/sales/BD, preferably pharma/MD
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical as well as organizational skills
  • An individual, able to create support through fact-based/scientific argumentation but who can also generate enthusiasm and passion through his/her positive “can do” attitude
  • German as native language, very good English skills, all other major languages, especially French or Spanish are a strong plus
